Donnie, Leo's intelligent brother, has created a device that uses teleportation. Leo is a very curious dude so of course he decided to check it out.  Donnie catches Leo in the act and both end up being teleported to Norrisville, Randy's town. Leo finds out about the ninja and meets him. Leo instantly feels a connection between them. Leo realizes he can't stay there forever and Donnie finds a way to bring them back home. Mikey, Raph, and Splinter were scared by the fact that Donnie and Leo were gone so once they arrived back at the sewers, Leo instantly got the blame. Leo's mental health was turning upside down. He NEEDED a friend so he decided to steal back that device from Donnie's room and stay with the ninja back in Norrisville. As you read my crossover fic on Randy and Leonardo, you will start to see a bond between the two. Will they end up becoming best friends? Will they end up in terrible situations?
