After the departure of the three siblings, the Smiling Critters find themselves involved in a dangerous adventure outside of PlayCare; threatened by the Rejected Critters, who seem to want to finish them off and take over the leadership of the group.
Despite the plans, something seems to be wrong with the Smiling Critters; The group is greatly weakened and they do not seem to understand each other. Different problems are making their bonds weaker, almost breaking apart.
Will they put their grudges aside and end up defeating the Rejected Critters?
Or one misstep may lead to their downfall?

Y/N L/N was just a normal orphaned child but doesn't have many friends in his life and his only friends are the smiling critters gang made by playtime Co, a family friendly toy company that made that amazing toys like huggy wuggy, mommy long legs and the one and only poppy playtime herself. Y/N had a really had time sleeping at night as a dedicated and talented scientist decided to let y/n test out their latest new toy known as catnap, a purple cat that emits sleeping gas from her mouth that can put anyone to sleep, which actually worked really well as y/n gets to keep the toy from the scientist as a gift and became best friends with catnap as they both played together in dreamland along with the rest of the smiling critters. Y/N could never been happier until the catnap toys were recalled and Playco. was shut down after some "incidents" that happened behind closed doors. But then, many years later after y/n graduated college and is now 21 years old, he was dared by his so-called friends that were completely drunk as hell to go into the factory and stay there for a whole night as y/n soon found himself back at playcare, completely run down and abandoned. he eventually found the smiling critters in the factory that are all filled with so much joy to see their old friends back and now they don't want him to leave as they are determined to turn him into a smiling critters like them so he can be with them...forever. During The Hour Of Joy, DogDay finds himself trapped in a real nightmare; being imprisoned by CatNap and tortured for years. He never knew what became of his friends. He never knew if they really died, as CatNap told him numerous times during his torture, or if they managed to escape his clutches. DogDay believes his destiny is already written; He was going to die there, immersed in the uncertainty and pain of torture, unable to escape that hell where he was placed by the friend he respected the most. Everything will be solved with the arrival of a savior. Some angels who came from heaven and that will change the story we all know. (NOTES) -This story is just an alternate version of the true story. It includes my own theories, too. In the big city of TFCH (The Foot of Critteriffic Heights) one cat critter in specific has been living day by day, trying to stay happy in his current household. He would constantly stay up at night, and sleep during the day to avoid any form of interactions with his parents. Why? Because they're always peckering on him to change. Despite what he tries, for whatever reason, they're too persistent. They don't let him hang around the people he want to hang around, they're always telling him to be someone he isn't, trying to change his appearance, you name 'em: They're trying to control every aspect of his life. Sometimes they'd even take drastic measures to make sure it's done. Whether it harms or not. For 13 years he has been ignored, yelled at, sometimes even beaten for being the one HE wants to be. It only takes so long for one's sanity to fade though. After an incident with one of his few best friends, he's had enough... He decided to execute a plan he had made years before. Flee... Far... ...The Nightmare critters, a DISCONTINUED opposite version from the Smilingcritters, but instead they were sent down and replaced with frowning critters since they were deemed too 'scary'. Nightmarecritters were soon forgotten from the public, living under the Smiling critters home in the rubble of their own town. Baba would still go up to watch the critters sometimes, missing her old friend Dogday. And Catnap, who had the green light to hangout and be apart of the Smilingcritters instead of the Nightmare ones. But as Baba starts to bring back Dogday's memories of the past, everyone soon remembers the fake world they're stuck in....
