In this fanfic kiyo escaped from the white room and his father, matsuo wasn't the one who help him escape but kiyo himself, he'll be abit ruthless but not like a tyrant anyways enjoy.
There's an OC purely for plot convenience.

After being placed in the white room for an experiment by his father during most of his childhood, he eventually managed to escape his grasp and enrolled in Tokyo Metropolitan High School, where contact from the outside is prohibited. The Odd One Out
