A young girl, at the age of 11 starts her journey to become the greatest science experiment to have ever roamed the galaxy. She's smart, brave, cunning, ruthless and most importantly, she doesn't take crap from anybody. She's a broken girl that no one can heal. She's an angry soul that can't be calmed. Her emotions and the memories of a past, will always scare her and never leave her mind. Well, so she thought. It turns out, meeting a bunch of defective clones called Clone Force 99, is causing her angry façade to crack. It starts crumbling when she meets a certain clone that has a way with a 773 Firepuncher Rifle. What will happen when Astrid meets The Bad Batch? Will she get along with them all? Or, will she get along with one better than the others? So, come join Astrid and The Bad Batch on an exciting adventure across the galaxy.

The Bad Batch: Tech and Vel by CT-9902

During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech. The sound of metal clanking against mental as the Jedi approached. "Master Kryze this is the squad I was telling you about." General Windu nodded. "I see, you must be the sergeant of this squad," Celine confirmed.
