Naruto Uzumaki died of an unknown illness. Tho this was a problem for the higher ups. The gods had fun watching the boy bring peace to the world. So they decided that they would send him to a different universe, which would be even more fun to watch him play around in. They sent him to the universe that is still in the 3rd great Ninja war.
