The Soul Searchers [EN]

Soul Searchers. Unlike witches, werewolves and vampires, you won't find us anywhere in fairy tales or legends, but we do exist. The wizard Cornelius created the very first soul searcher after a young man asked him for help. He had a deep-seated fear of being and staying alone. Cornelius worked day and night to find a solution, until he developed a complex spell that allowed the young man to intertwine his soul with a so-called "Lost Soul".
"Behold," said the wizard. "From now on, you will never have to be alone. And all your descendants will just as well not have to fear ever living their lives lonely and alone."
This was thousands of years ago. Meanwhile, the world had changed. And I, I did risk ending up alone.

Auria Hope's life has never been easy. She is the worst of her class, is bullied and has no friends. She therefore prefers to leave her school, The Periculum, as soon as possible. What Auria doesn't know is that The Periculum has its secrets.
