You've managed to escape hell and find yourself in heaven. Congratulations! However, your arrival doesn't magically transform you into an angel, nor does it change popular opinions about sinners. It wouldn't be right to potentially endanger heaven by leaving you, the first 'ex-demon,' alone to your own devices. So, someone is assigned to keep an eye on you and ensure you don't immediately revert to your old ways. That shouldn't be a problem, though, right?

Being drowned on your way to work wasn't what you expected, and meeting the first man with his stoic subordinate in Heaven was even less so. You needed- No. Wanted a job.
