A story about Cira, an Australian/British female studying Psychology, and Levi, crystal artisan at the british game company 'Solace Games' as well as a band of game designers from the same company.

Cira: You see, I was an accident. I was the result of an affair. I don't know what I did to deserve it, but my mother died during childbirth, and my father fostered me out as if I was just some animal that had been dumped on his doorstep....

Levi: Mr Solace only let the best of us in, and I'd been training to be in the company since I was an awkward teenaged boy and the plan for Survival finally went out to the public. I'd only been working there for a year, unfortunately, but the actual project had been going on for... About 21 years actually, and it was almost complete... You see, you get into the game with special crystals...

Slightly futuristic, but in all honesty I don't think the world will change that much in the next 20 years or so... There is Romance and family involved
