Powerful mages constructed portals, with the goal of discovering other worlds. Successfully they managed to travel to a world where magic barely existed. After uplifting the civilization they had found they left, before their magic ran out, abandoning the world they had discovered for good. Now, thousands of years later, the portals lit up once more. But it was from the other side.
Solon one of the soldiers from the world on the other side, and had found himself in an abandoned desert temple, in the middle of nowhere. However, he was not alone. Quickly he discovered the temple was home to an almighty genie, a former witch that rose in power and was eventually bound by that same power in her very temple, forgotten by time. The soldiers outwits the genie, freeing her but in doing so, reverts her back to her original form.

Then, one day at school he gets an invitation from Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. Sure he's heard of it, but only in rumors. The school is just for magical creatures to learn more about themselves and their history. It was made over three hundred years ago and still run by a fairy named Cassiopea and her daughter Cassia. Arion is excited to go because his parents refuse to teach him anything about other magical creatures other than dark magic. They believe it is irrelevant for him to know because they think he will take over the world one day. And why should a leader know anything about his subjects? Arion convinces his parents that if he goes to the school he can do recon on the other magical people so he can learn about them and make it easier for him to take over. With no friends, no siblings, and a very negative outlook on life, he heads to Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. Between worlds and weapons
In a different world, but also similar to ours during World War II, the Raicy Empire, on a retreat, discovers ancient tombs containing ancient spells lost to time. Using these spells, they manage to exert global pressure to "win" the war, and ultimately control the entire continent. Now, ten years later, in the midst of a global political war, the empire finds a tomb containing a Greco-Roman structure. At first, it didn't seem like anything special, but they soon realized it was something much more powerful and valuable. Inspirations: Portal: Jieitai Kano, Yojo Senki, and a bit of Wolfenstein This is my first story, so I don't know if it will be very good. English isn't my primary language either, so there may be a few mistakes here and there.

On June 5th 2053, Second Lieutenant Daniel Ramirez is enjoying his day in New York City when a strange purple dome appears in the middle of Central Park. Medieval soldiers pour out of the dome, along with fantasy minotaurs and centaurs; they start attacking everyone they can find. The United States quickly overpowers the invaders only to discover a portal that leads to another world filled with fantasy creatures and magic.
