Persephone could only bless one child...and against the wishes of the gods, did one soul began a trialed life to redemption. two lives intertwined between red string, strung tightly to form wires for a lute. The damned and the redeemed fell together, one following their pride. The other following instinct. " 

        It wasn't supposed to be like this, the narrative. It was planned and set, the gift bestowed upon them only shunned, a life of living under the stars and the moonlight. 
Hunger consumed them both, and from there, the joker and the fool performed. 
It was a love story that never came to be.

Some people say, that the planet birthed death because of the deadly war. However, something else was birthed, an heir. Her name was Milia. She possessed true power and ultimately ended the war. Milia ruled the world and her children became the inevitable successors. Although they lacked Milia's gift, the future generation, though it was thousand's of years later contained Milia's powers. The children were named the true heir, therefore they were hunted. No hunter was more well known than the bitch, the baddest; Methaya. Being half human, half snake, her luminescent eyes turned the living into the inanimate. To save her children, the Queen of the planet rifted her children into Earth, where they lived for 500 years, unaware of their cursed destiny. After a prophecy declaring that the oldest would die, the truth started unravelling and they learnt things- that would change things forever.
