21-year-old Emira struggles with obsessive-compulsive disorder. after her father passed away when she was 7 her brain just didn't work the same. he couldn't go to school anymore without panic attacks and the feeling that she was going to die with just the touch of a door, so She spent her whole life in the comfort of her mother's home with homeschooling and online college. but she just wanted to be a normal girl. she decides that when she turns 21 she is going to move to New York and try to pursue her dream of being a writer. Tobias was a 21-year-old football athlete whose whole life revolved around football He played since he was 10 years old. his parents helped with their wealth to make sure he had everything he needed. until his senior year of college, his life went downhill with a career-ending injury he started to spiral into drinking, and drugs when his parents decided to move him out to his uncle in New York where he could get his life back into balance. what happened when these two young adults from completely different worlds cross paths.
