Seiji Kazuki, a 16 year old boy died saving a small child who was almost hit by a car.  Seiji is reincarnated in another world as Abel Barnes, the second son of the Barnes family.  Because he had no talent for magic, he was abandoned by his family in the forest.  When he was about to be devoured by a monster in the forest, he was saved by Rylee, an adventurer and taught by him.  Even though he couldn't use magic, he continued to train with Rylee.  When he was 16 years old, he managed to become an adventurer, but he was always looked down upon because of his poor status and not being able to use magic.
