Dr. John Watson discovers he may have a serious illness, but out of fear of worrying his flatmate, he keeps it a secret. Of course, it's only a matter of time before Sherlock figures it out, and is instantly on his case about it.
To his surprise, Sherlock is uncharacteristically helpful, and insists on caring for him until he's better.
