"Is this how you're going to behave with your professor, like a spoiled brat?" Professor Kim asked, his voice firm but controlled. I didn't respond, and instead, started walking out of his office. But his next words stopped me in my tracks.
"Jung-Yn, stop!" he called out, his anger palpable.
I felt his footsteps getting closer, and then he gently took my hands in his, his touch delicate, as if handling fragile glass. "Whatever you think, Professor Kim, but next time, please think before touching me. I don't like it when someone touches me without my permission. Your touch makes me feel like I need to wash away the feeling with poison." I said.
He forcefully grabbed my hands and pinned them behind my back, pressing me against the door. "Does my touch make you feel disgusting? Do you hate me so much that you can't stand the thought of me touching you?" He said
I laughed bitterly. "Hate is too weak a word to describe how much I despise you. That hatred will consume itself."
He leaned in, his voice low and husky. "If you feel that way, then I promise I'll never let anyone else touch you. If my touch disgusts you so much that you want to erase it with poison, then I'll be that poison, forever coursing through your veins."
I cried out, my voice filled with pain. "Why are you playing with my emotions? One moment, you give me hope, and the next, you crush it into a million pieces. What do you want from me, Kim Taehyung?"
For a moment, his eyes showed a hint of warmth, but then they turned cold again. He let go of my hands and started walking away.
"Absolutely nothing," he muttered, shaking his head as if trying to convince himself.
