Hardcore nuzlocking the second Punic war

The first Punic War, which saw the two major powers of the Western Meditteranean Sea: Rome and Carthage ended in a victory for the Italian Republic, which saw itself consolidating the peninsula under its control, while the defeated Carthage payed a heavy toll. Still broken and battered after losing its navy which once made its pride, nobody expected a singular Hannibal Barca to lay the siege on Saguntum, allied to Rome on the Iberian peninsula and to launch an offensive on the Republic itself.

This is the story of the very Roman Stuff, one of the few surviving soldiers of the siege of Saguntum, swept into war on the side of Rome, but keeping your own army of critters is difficult in times of war. This is why he set quite a few restrictions upon himself. But despite the difficulties, it's his ambition to one day defeat Hannibal himself and become the hero Rome needs in its time of greatest turmoil.
