And many have been shut down, ending in failure. However, Test Tube's won't be the same. D.N.A. splicing is a difficult task, and so is getting subjects. With his single mother having recently lost her job, Max is determined to help his family get back up on its feet. The publicity and pressure that comes with being a superhero would be too much to handle right now. But it's hard to fly under the radar, when you can literally fly. Meanwhile, Vinicus Cauldwell enjoys the power he has as Murkbourne's most feared super-villain. For once, he can sit back and relax without being pestered by the police. That is, until Max arrives. Vinicus isn't happy about having to fight a child, but he can't let Max find out. After all, super-villains can't be "good people"... Can they? We can't all be born heroes. Unfortunately, the police aren't that happy with the existence of a vigilante, and want to arrest Attracopel, despite all the help he is trying to give. The police chief seems especially determined to get rid of him... It becomes apparent that London is in danger. There are vicious attacks happening everywhere, crime rates increasing and it seems like shit has hit the fan. Alex/Attracopel needs to step up, but keep his two lives separate. Can he deal with all of this stress at once? Or will London fall into anarchy?
