This story is about a young teen named Olivia Benson who was dealt a bad hand since birth. Being a product of her mother's rape, and being constantly reminded of it made her life a living hell. Wanting to get as far away as she can, she meets a guy named Burton Lowe.
Over time, what she thought was paradise turned out to be a fight for her life. Who she thought was the love of her life turned out to be the total opposite. Years passed until she had had enough and decided to do something about it.
Now she's a social worker with the SVU, where she fights for victims like herself. She has made a life for herself and is finally happy, living the life she wants. That is, until a blast from the past comes in and wreaks chaos, causing her life to spiral. Will someone be there to catch her before she falls too deep, where she can't climb out? Or will she fight back and claim her life as her own?
