In the eyes of Arabella Daniels, daughter of a globally acclaimed fashion designer and the owner of a multi-billion dollar law firm, she was normal. Despite the fact that she had been raised by nannies in Paris, London, New York and Milan, she tried her best to be a good daughter to her increasingly distant parents, and yet failed to get their attention. And then her life flipped upside down when she was scouted: not to be a sports player, or a model, but to be an elemental. Elementals have the power to wield the elements in a unique way and very rarely were the same gifts repeated, but all revolve around water, air, earth or fire. Elementals were dotted all over the globe, and handpicked Scouters, who had the ability to sense magical potential, scoured the globe to find potentials to send to the elemental academy to be trained. When Arabella arrives at the strange school in the most remote parts of Ireland, she finds in it a place she could call home. Hiding her immense wealth and heritage she strives to master her power and find a new family. However things don’t always go to plan, and she soon finds herself in a feud with Lara, the meanest girl in the school with one of the purest bloodlines around, and can’t stop running into Nate, the resident cliché of a bad boy, who mocks her for her lack of control over her power. On top of all that, she has to cope with a potential romance between herself and the hunk of a Scouter who discovered her. As Arabella discovers herself and plunges into a new world, she faces trials that surpass her darkest nightmares and has to decide if her goal is worth the pain of sacrifice.

I was the daughter of Duke Solon, I thought I was the last child. My elder brother is following in my father's stead. We were never really close. We both share my father's personality, a wedge that makes it hard for the three of us to talk to one another. It was fine, living like that, I mean. I was the daughter of the Duke, engaged to the Prince who didn't seem to care that much about the engagement. I was the Master of Ancient Magic at the Magic Tower. I had everything and I was stronger than most. The only terrible thing was that on my coming of age ceremony, it was all ruined. Catherina broke into my ball, claiming to be the daughter of some woman and my father. She looked like her mother and acted like her to gain my father's affection, society's adoration and the Prince's love. For two years she ruined me up to the point of my death. She somehow was able to frame me and villainize me as she stole my fiancé and life. She continued doing so until I somehow was framed for attempted murder. My father called me a traitor and a liar, the Prince sentenced my death and no one stopped it. I woke in my body again, 18 years old and with a plan. I don't want the Prince who will ridicule me, embarrass me and choose the woman over me. I don't care for all those who supported her over me. I had one plan. Kill her before she kills me.
