Ava is as good as it gets. She practically invented the term good girl. Everyone expected it from her, to be prim and proper. Captain of the cheerleading squad, girlfriend of the star quarterback who is the top pick for all the universities. Her life was basically mapped out. That is until her life starts crumbling, her parents divorce and she catches her boyfriend cheating on her, not that she was so sad about that. He liked to hit her when he got angry, which was often. Every time she tried breaking it off he would get even more mad. Ava decides she's had enough with everybody's expectations. She quits the squad, finally dumps him and changes her life.
