Dream Sans is an incredibly complex and complicated character who most people don't understand. Here, I will break down his character, trauma, and backstory. I know some people have already done this, but I decided to put in my own point of view of Dream. I won't only be breaking down his character, but I will also make imagines on his canon character. Kinda like one-shots.

So I have been given permission to write this from Waffurupanson. Check out their book Sleepwalker. It's REALLY REALLY good! I read it twice. An AU where Error is not conscious with his destruction. He's asleep during it. On a conscious level, he's never left the Anti-Void. As a result, he's clueless. Side note: all characters and art belong to their respectful owners. Summary: He didn't know who this being was or how they found him but they were scaring him to the point he was going to cry. In the story of Horrortale, your unique soul allows you to see WD Gaster who no longer holds a powerful connection with the underground due to the inactive core. After your parents are killed, Gaster makes a deal with you. He will help you extract revenge on your parent's murderer, and in return... you were going to fix the core in the underground. While Sans failed to do it when everyone went insane, you knew what you had to do because well. The creator of the core told you everything that you needed to know. The real trick isn't the resources that you've been gathering during your time on the surface for the job, it's the things that are in the underground that you have yet to obtain. While it is true that you have a lot of experience with fighting and a high amount of LV thanks to Gaster's guidance... you now decided to stop killing, and start saving. ...... Your Odd Neighbor (Horror Sans x Reader)
Y/N's best friend Blueberry (also known as Underswap Sans) invited them to move into the shared/connected apartment next door. They could hang out all the time! It's an awesome opportunity and the chances of it happening again are slim. Being closer to friends means a lot, especially in this tough life on the surface. Blue has introduced Y/N to other Sanses before, and they've never had any issues with them. Even so, what happens when they find out that Blueberry now has a very creepy one as a roommate? His cracked-open skull and unclear motives for being here are a major concern. Still, it's not as freaky as the stranger's ghostly appearances and obnoxious actions. Blue says "he's just misunderstood." Should Y/N follow their conscience, warn Blue and run? Or listen to Blueberry's optimistic advice, and befriend their new neighbor? Hello! owo ... Become Mine And Mine Alone
(REWRITE OF THIS BOOK IS UP! It is called "Obsessive Love".) (I do not own the cover, Undertale nor any of the characters besides my OC's, they belong to their respectful owner. For some reason, I just see Error in the front instead of passive Nightmare.) Error, Forced God of Destruction and Destroyer of Universes was largely unknown unlike Ink, the Creator and God of Creation. Their fights were unseen by the AU's, none of the Monsters knowing about the Destroyer as Ink doesn't want them scared and Error gave no shits if anyone knew him or not. But Error's job is a complicated one, one that he is forced into, and he has to get involved to destroy the worlds. He doesn't touch the Original AU's, but the copies that Ink makes have to go. It was only a matter of time before something happened. Ink, in a middle of one of their fights, blinded Error, hurting him much more badly then ever before. In panic, Error ported into one of the Original AU's. Ink, fearing what Error would do, tells Dream about the Destroyer. Now the hunt is on for the broken, blinded skeleton. Meanwhile a blinded Error has been taken under the wing of another powerful Monster who has fallen for the broken Destroyer at first sight. But sweet love is truly beyond him. It is a obsessive love, a unhealthy love unlike any other. Nightmare would do anything for Error, and would do anything to keep him by his side as he goes about taking over all the AU's. Now to convince Error that he should be his and his alone.Complete
