Ever wondered what's going on in these murderous Countries' minds? Or better say what 𝘸𝘢𝘴, since now they're just dead souls stuck in the underworld. It's pretty boring, there's not much to entertain yourself in Hell: just another part of the eternal punishment. You have all eternity to self reflect which will either help you reason on your wrong doings and self improve, possibly ascending to Heaven; or it will corrode you even more, slowly lowering your sanity until you're caged in your own madness with no escape.

You want to avoid getting insane, especially if you already partially are and don't want to worsen it: you have to distract yourself from your thoughts, but since Hell is just an endless empty dark space the only way you can do that is by interacting with the other Damned. You see, the people here aren't exactly friends: most Countries already knew each other when they were alive and fought against one another.

But you? You are a stranger to them, and you're alive: you are the perfect distraction. They'll be eager to answer questions you may have and interested about how the world and their descendants are doing if you wish to share such information with them.
