After the final battle against the mind flayer threat Arista made her way back to the Underdark with Astarion. Their new mission: find the freed 7000 vampire spawn and teach them how to survive without causing a bloodbath.
But Arista has a second mission, a secret mission. Finding a cure for Astarion's vampirism to give him a chance to walk in the sun again without the bloodlust but also without immortality.
It's supposed to be a surprise but all leads she has found so far turn out to be a dead end.
Her last option: Asking a gift of the Goddess she has worshipped ever since her family fled Menzoberranzan.
But what she is asking proves to be too much for a lesser deity such as Eilistraee. The Goddess however does know a way...
With the stakes raised Arista can no longer keep her secret from her lover.
Will he embrace mortality for them, for himself knowing what it might cost the Paladin at his side? Or will he watch his true love age and die at his side, sparing her from the pain the path in front of them promises?

Sirena has no memory of her past as she awakens on the nautiloid. She doesn't just feel the tadpole behind her eye, working its way into her brain. She also feels something deeper...darker. The worm is being overshadowed by the constant desire- no NEED to kill...kill...KILL. Her only mission is to get revenge on those who have left her with only a name and this need to destroy. Everything else, her experiences, battles, and relationships will slowly reveal her past; whether it is useful or disturbing is another problem. However, her past is known to a select few. She will go on to find out she does indeed have a reason for the twitch she feels when a knife is in her hand. A reason why her body sings along with every strike of a blade against anything that moves. She is the daughter of Bhaal himself, the lord of murder. He sired not only her sweet name but the incessant desire for murder. She was trained in the arts of delightful music aswell as blades. Why? Because Bhaal's chosen must be so despicable that they can use honeyed words to convince their prey to commit their own murder, command a room of people to drop with the most angelic of Melodies. Her power resides in words because it was his desire, but her skills were moulded into something far more deadly. How she became lost with this urge is the main question pounding against her skull, but whoever did this didn't think of one thing. Sirena may have forgotten...but she will never forgive. Will she decide to resist this urge and get her revenge? Especially when it comes to those she will grow to love? Well...let's hope the dice roll in her favour. (This is a series I've created in honour of my durge run that I just had to write about. All inspired by conversations, events or areas through the course of the game. This is meant for mature audiences, due to the amount of violence, language, character backgrounds, etc. There are sexual scenes but don't expect many as I'm VERY new to writing. Thank you and enjoy!)
The Sorceress of Moonlight: A New Dawn in Baldur's Gate by the_delirious_mind
18 parts Ongoing Mature
After saving the city and getting rid of the tadpole, Talin, a skilled storm sorceress who was born and grew up in a privilege, comes home to Baldur's Gate, where strict expectations of the city's upper class and the pressure of her noble responsibilities await her. She made strong connections during her journey and found love amidst the chaos. But at home, she and Astarion have to face not only bias against creatures of the night but also the expectations placed upon Talin. As they dig into Astarion's past and search for a cure for his vampiric affliction, they have to figure out how much they're willing to risk for a chance at a life together in a society where going against the norm could be disastrous. Hi there! This is my first fanfiction and I've never written anything like this, but I love this game and I love fantasy and RPGs so I wanted to try this out and started writing for myself. I really enjoyed writing it, so I decided to share it and I hope you'll enjoy it too. If you do, feel free to drop a comment :) I'm doing my best to stay true to the Forgotten Realms lore, but I might miss a few things here and there. Disclaimer: I want to make it clear that I don't own any of the Baldur's Gate 3 characters. They belong to their creators. But Talin and any other original characters you meet here are my own. Note: Some chapters reveal moments from the game, so be careful if you don't want any spoilers.

Althea - The Dark Goddess

39 parts Complete

Aries: "I rest my elbow on the glass and lean down, looking past the crowds of people. Humans. Werewolves. Even other creatures by the looks of it. It wasn't like they never visited the club before. So why this restlessness? What was it that I was looking for amongst this sea of creatures? I scan the crowd in hopes that my raging heart would eventually calm down when I prove it that there was nothing to be anxious about. But it does the exact opposite. It drums in my ears and deafens me. I could hear nothing else. Just the beat of my dramatical heart. Telling me something. My desperate eyes scans the crowd downstairs, the centre of the dance floor. The bar. The entrance. The-" She's dark. She's deadly. But she is a goddess. Book 3 of Althea series
