I go to her and when I'm close enough she pulls me under the duvet. My metal leg gets caught in the sheets, it would be much more comfortable to take it off, but I didn't want to in front of her. If you ignored the clang of metal every time I stepped on the floor, It didn't even look like a leg was missing.

I am so in need of her physical warmth that I don't even care that when we reach twelve she will have him there. Now, all that existed was the two of us. I try not to grieve in anticipation for the cold bed and my empty house had been awaits me in district twelve.
