DARE DEVIL ESCAPE
Sometime long ago, but not too long, about 200 secondary school girls were abducted en masse. They were whisked away from the school where they were about to write their final year exam by the notorious Boko Haram bandits.

The abduction of these school girls drew public outrage across the world, including no less, wife of a former US President with a hashtag of #BringBackOurGirls. The hashtag went viral.

That night, while encamped in the vast dreaded Sambisa Forest, one militia boy who'd been indoctrinated by the bandits, and trained to kill and miam their victims mercilessly, had gazed upon the young face of one of the girls in captivity, and had a sudden change of heart.

She was probably the youngest and smallest victim. She was bold, defiant and fearless in the face of the danger that surrounded them. This boy took one look at her face and renounced his blood-oath membership of the rag-tag army sect.

With the full knowledge of the consequences now hanging around his neck for defecting, which was a slow, painful death, this boy embarked on a near impossible journey across the Sambisa Forest, along with three of the school girls that were held captive by the Boko Haram.

His first major counter-offensive was to fight his two close house mates, which ended up in their instant deaths. From then on, there was no going back.

For three nights and two days, these three young school girls, led by this renegade militia boy, fought their way through fist fights, knife fights and gun fights, to final freedom.

It is a story of defiance, resilience, and sheer will.

"Hey, who are you?" I could tell he wasn't trying to scare him off while still trying to establish the fact that we could hurt him if we wanted to. "I was gonna ask you the same question," he replied. "But since to beat me to it, I'm Eli. I'm just a seventeen-year-old kid out here alone. Y'all seem to be in the same situation." His southern accent was thick but definitely not South Carolinian. It sounded more like he was from Alabama or Mississippi. "True. For how long?" "Four weeks. I ran away because of...circumstances," he said, trailing off on the last word. "Prove to us you're not dangerous," Marcus threatened. "Prove to me you're not dangerous," Eli countered. "I don't even know your names." "Fine. I'm Marcus, that's Peyton, Luke, and Aaliyah," he answered, gesturing toward each of us as he spoke. I could tell he didn't trust the guy, but he seemed good enough. He hadn't said anything to make us distrust him, but he also hadn't said anything to make us trust him. "Look, dude, I'm not trying to hurt you. I'm looking for something a friend told me about a few weeks ago. She said there was a whole network of teens out here, but there's a camp somewhere in Florida that gives them a place to stay. Secret, of course, and run by teens, but anyway, it seems safer than being out here and living off the land." "Wait, you mean there are more of us?" I asked. ☁ Three teenagers find themselves rejected by their families after they're all unexpectedly outed on the same night. With the help of their friend, they head to the streets in search of freedom and acceptance. Along the way they meet another boy, and there's more to him then they could have ever guessed. Follow each of them as they discover who they are, who they love, and more of their country's secrets than they could ever dream of in a thrilling trilogy told from all five points of view.

Brianna and her best friend, Aubrey, were walking home from a football match when suddenly two men came out from the bushes with masks. Aubrey was paralyzed with fright but Brianna was completely calm. "Look what we've got here." the tall and muscular man said. Brianna could see the gun which was visibly showing on his side. "This can go the easy way, or the hard way." the other said and Aubrey let out a whimper. Brianna dropped her bag and then addressed the idiots who stood in front of her. They were taken aback by her demeanor as any other person in a situation like this would be in fright, like Aubrey who was too scared to even blink her eye. "No, you listen. This can go the easy way and we won't call the police or the hard way, with you being in a prison cell with a ton of gay men." she said boldly. Brianna suddenly received a hard slap to her face which caused her to stumble and see black spots and two guns now pointed at them. Aubrey let out a scream which was quickly muffled by the other man, who seemed younger than the one who had hit Brianna. Brianna's face was red now, but not from the slap, rather from the anger which was building up from the fact that these amateur men were about to either rob or kidnap them. Suddenly, a white van appeared and before either of the girls could run, they were grabbed and thrown into the van, with the two men shutting the door and the van screeching off into the night. __________ Read to find out what happens.

Before I begin, I just want to say that this story does include some mature themes. I will also give out a warning a chapter prior to these scenes. Getting that out of the way, let's go onto the story description... *This book contains explicit content* *EXTRACT FROM THE BOOK* I stared at him, cooking and whistling, something that I could not do, or should I say, wasn't bothered to do. I decided to move away and to try and find an exit but I didn't even take one step back when I heard his voice. "Princess? Is that you?" I saw him raise his head before shooting his eyes onto me. The sudden gaze caused to heart to race while it froze my body as if I have turned into ice. I felt the fear engulf my body, eating me inside out. "You aren't scared of me... Are you?" he asked me, I sensed the envy in his voice. That mixed with his harsh tone caused a wave of goosebumps to course through my body. I wanted to begin by asking him where was I? Why was I here? Why was he here... I wanted to ask him, but I couldn't, the fear was just all too much for me. "Come on... Speak to me... Ask me..." he began. "Ask me 'why am I here' and all of that crap... Entertain me with your fear." I saw him slowly gripping a knife that was on the countertop, with his eyes still on mine. The sides of his mouth slowly began tilting upwards. All the bitterness and the cold, it was all so visible in his eyes. I looked at him in horror, noticing him as he took his first steps towards me. "Talk to me... Because this might be the only time you will ever be able to talk, " he said this sentence in such a calm tone, it caused me once again to shiver with goosebumps. "W-what do you mean...". Never in my life have I stuttered, until then.

After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know! Description: In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her.

"Goddess," he begged. "Please help me protect my people." "God," Another one prayed in the front seat of his truck. "Please help me keep my kids safe." "They're all I have left." They both spoke in unison, reaching the ears of their respective deities. They were both some of the strongest men of faith, going through so much hardship. While one tries to protect their home, another seeks to find a safe one for his family. "I believe it's time," She spoke to the woman next to her. High in the sky they floated, their dresses dancing in the moonlight. While her dress was one with the beams of soft white light, the other woman had a dress of gold, showing the sunlight that she mainly stayed in. Her wings were pure white, her hair a vibrant red. She had much color, while she kept with the soft colors of the moon, her own hair white and long, soft as silk. "I can't promise that it will be perfect in the beginning," the angel spoke, looking down at the man in the truck. "But he is of a kind heart, even if it is untrusting at first." "I'm sure Declan can handle that," the Goddess of the Moon smiled at her. "Out of all the challenges he has faced, I'm positive that this won't be difficult for him to achieve." "Out of all the challenges that my soldier has faced," the angel grew a worried look. "I'm worried that this might be the most difficult." *** Wolf Peak has many tales of good and bad, but never has it struggled as much as it was right then. At this point, they're willing to take any chances they can to save their residents from evil in the forests. Even if that means trusting a new family coming into town. With clashing religions and trigger fingers, both men are in for a bumpy ride.

I've never actually seen her get mad to that point before. Now she looked like she wanted to fight, but she always tells me not to. I really want to see how this plays out since she's war and all.
