My arm lowered from my eyes so that my vision could adjust to my surroundings. There were about fifty boys, all boys, looking down at me and Thomas in this room in the ground like we were some new animals at the zoo. They were all teenagers and young adults; some tall, some short, some white, some black. Then one of them jumped down and walked over to me holding out a hand to help me out of the Box. "Hey, you're alright." The boy said to me in a comforting tone with a British accent as he finished pulling me out and up to my feet. "Thank you." Newt and Sonya were sick of living in London, so they moved in with their Grandparents who lived in a small town in Colorado. It was their cheapest option overall. Over the summer Newt decided to get a job at a Café and one day a boy named Thomas comes in with his group of friends and becomes regulars- and becomes friends over the last month of the summer. Since it's a small town, they end up going to the same school. And that, Newt's regular customer Thomas was the one he fell in love with.
