Set after Revenge of the Sith:

Three years after the fall of the Jedi and democracy in the galaxy, the Empire reigns. Any remaining Jedi are spread across the galaxy, deep in hiding. Rayya Sena, a Jedi who escaped the infamous Order 66, is captured and taken to the dreaded Death Star. She is brought before the Emperor for execution, a fate every captured Jedi before her has befallen. But her life is spared.
Spared by the very person who has hunted her and many other Jedi across the galaxy-- Darth Vader. Sensing a darkness buried deep in Rayya that mirrors his own, Vader seeks to train her in the Sith. With Rayya by his side, the Empire would be unstoppable and able to squash the remaning resistance against them. Rayya must now learn and fight for the one thing she has sworn to destroy, or die.
But when the lines start to blur between master and apprentice, when Rayya starts to see the true man beneath the evil exterior, she arrives at a crossroads in which she must decide which side of this war she wants to fight for. And who she really is.

*Note- Star Wars is made by Disney. None of this work is my own (other than the characters I made up). Everything is accredited to Lucasfilm and Disney.

Anakin Skywalker will not become Darth Vader. Not yet, anyway. Padmé saved him from a lifetime of regret by pulling him out of the fateful battle between Mace Windu and Chancellor Palpatine. But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. Please note that I would never change the canon; this story is intended to explore what could have happened, not what should have happened. OCs are used very sparingly. Thanks for reading! Kenobi - A Star Wars Story (FANFICTION)

12 parts Complete

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.... Once known as Obi Wan Kenobi, Ben keeps to himself on the desert planet Tatooine. As he struggles to accept himself following the betrayal of his brother-like apprentice he pledges to rarely use the force and fights to confine his self to a small number of acquaintances, avoiding any one who may be a threat to his hiding place. Meanwhile, a Jedi knight lurks close to Ben's home; and his suspicions begin to rise when the man slowly enters his shadows. His only way of surviving is now threatened and the force is nearly leaking out of his fingertips. Thus he seeks out the one person he learns can help him; the father of the young woman who has pried at his heart since the day they met. Without the help from a faithful friend, he will be unable to sustain his veiled presence and avoid his enemy. Forthwith he is now faced with two challenges. Stay true to his promises and at no time slip from the self-chosen vow to never make the same mistake his apprentice did. I do not own Star Wars. I do not own the cover art.
