Luminescent: Emitting light; glowing with brilliance or vitality. When an owl sends a letter to the Stark household. The Wizarding World is stuck in the Middle Ages using quills, parchment, and owls. They have neither science nor technology. Is it possible to not go to this school? He has already finished high school ages ago and is already studying at university to receive his master's degree in engineering at MIT. So now Gandalf is telling him that he needs to go to a 'magic' school with a bunch of kids. Will Tony be willing to go or Howard will just send him to another boarding school? What if a muggle received a letter to Hogwarts? The twist is that the muggle boy has no knowledge of the Wizarding world or experiencing any magical phenomenon but that will change.
