Hey guys! So this is for the Selection series fans, and I decided to write it in Celeste's POV. I don't know her backstory, but I kind of made one for her. Clarissa believes that these boundaries shouldn't be in place, and when put in a powerful position, she struggles between loyalty to her family and loyalty to her beliefs. What happens when Clarissa realizes she has been selected for a competition she doesn't want to be in? Will she ever want to be a contender in The Selection? Will Prince Alexander win her heart? As I was reading The Selection series, I was thinking to myself, why is the king so discriminating toward the castes? It annoyed me so much that I decided to write a The Selection book where King Clarkson is actually nice! He won't hate America or any other girl because of her low caste. I gulp and feel the pain again in my chest. His blue eyes come back to my own and I don't even give him a smirk. He lets go of my jaw and with in a flash I see him leave. The thought in my mind is that my mate is fucking hot and I don't know how long I can deny that for or deny the inseparable connection between us. ---- A/N Just a quick note to say that this book indeed does need heavy editing and as a Co-writer I find this story not in my favour. I know the main character Celeste may come across as mean and as a comment mentioned 'annoying' this book will go through editing. But I'd you choose to still read then fantastic!
