Christina is an orphan highschool girl who lived in foster care for most of her life. When she's finally adopted by a nice family, she gets sent to a boarding school where she accidentally makes enemies.

Reinhardt is a college student from an oppressive wealthy family. His parents want to call the shots in his life, and they only expect him to take over their business empire without caring about his own wishes. Reinhardt's older brother, Jay is considered the black sheep of the family, and treated as though he was invisible.

Reinhardt and Christina have an unexpected encounter, which starts to grow their affection for each other. When Reinhardt's friend, Jeb sees this, he's determined to end this relationship before it turns into anything big. He was in love with Reinhardt, and would never let anyone take him away from him. Even if it meant stopping to the lowest level.
