After the events of Part Eight and The Winter Secrets, Penny and the gang have met up with a new friend, Eight. A tech wiz who has been longing to see the world far from his winter island. Along with this new friend, the egg that Dez found so long ago has cracked open to revival a baby dragon of ice. Just like the dragons Adam used in his attack but this one is full of energy and very time consuming. Meanwhile, Penny starts to noticed that Cyrus isn't acting like himself, esspecally around Sophia. When she goes to investigate, she uncovers a shocking truth about Sophia that gives a new villain the opening to attack and take over the world in the process.
