Griffin Grant and the Dagger Of Darkness

When young teen Griffin Grant finds out he has supernatural telekinetic powers he is dragged from his orphanage in Texas away to a new kind of city on a hidden island off the coast of Boston called Epineio. There live people with supernatural abilities or Obscurials, which have been around for centuries but when Griffin shows up to Epineio with the prophesied powers of telekinesis many Obscurials suspect Griffin is the chosen one. This piques the interest of the only other telekinetic globally, Helios Hell, a psychotic villain hell bent on killing Griffin and taking the Obscurial capital Epineio for himself and his army of Hellions. But with this prophecy lingering over Griffin's head he is thrown head first into some kind of fairy tale quest to obtain some powerful talisman of a very ancient and powerful Obscurial, a dagger. If in the wrong hands, the dagger could prompt an apocalypse so it's up to Griffin Grant and his two best friends, Saphron and James, to take back the dagger and stop Helios from becoming the all powerful villain he so desperately wants to be.
