The Damnats -the warriors of heaven, the Healers-the healers of the earth, the Erudites-the readers of minds and at the same time the most cultured people and last but not least, the Proclaimers of Death-the soothsayers and the people who can talk to those in the Underworld.

Four divisions, one soul, one choice.

What happens when the Gods cannot decide your destiny because you cannot belong to one division, but to all? Such a rare event, but the Proclaimers of Death already know what this means. Times would change and not for the better, and everything depends on her for the prophecy not to be fulfilled.

"I write her a letter just a few short lines, and suffer death a thousand times." Asteria O'Connor, sole heir of a prestigious wizarding family, has other plans when the self-proclaimed Marauders decide to torment her and her housemates. It's about time they learned some respect towards their superiors. If there's one thing she despises more than the group of irritating boys, it's a particular one of its lead members: Sirius Black. It wasn't always like this. There was once a time when they would admire the stars together, twinkling unlike any magic they had ever seen, pointing out constellations and imagining their future. Their real future was planned the second their families met, but of course what do children know about the reality of romance? Sadly Slytherins and Gryffindors aren't destined to be friends. Quite the opposite, in fact. It was never said aloud or seen written down, but the rule was engraved in the small unseen stitching of their house crests. They're no exception. So, they call each other enemies. However, I think we all know that is very unlikely to stay true for very long. WARNING: EXTREMELY SLOW BURN
