It's been over a year since the strike has settled and the newsies haven't had any problems with Pulitzer since. But that's not to say that they didn't all have problems outside of work. Jack and Katherine were unhappy together. They didn't feel the love towards each other that they used to feel. Yet they were too scared to say something to one another. Jack took care of Tiger as if she was his own blood she was pretty much his sister and every Newsie knew this. Tiger used a special technique to sell her papers just like every other Newsie. Yes Tiger was a flirt but she swore to herself that she wouldn't get into a relationship especially with one of the Newsies but Racetrack Higgins her best friend took that as a challenge. He is a pretty good leader for Brooklyn, his cane that he stole from Pulitzer and his slingshot are his main weapons.
