Green Hills, a supposedly safe place. a calm, sleepy, urban city almost completely separate from the rest of the world - renowned for its safety. The once surreal Town is torn by a mysterious serial killer. Neighbors turned on one another. Children no longer littered the residential parks. No one walked outside alone. A situation where unity was needed most, fell into distrust and isolation.

A rooky detective, dissatisfied with the work of those above him, sets out go try his own hand at finding the murderer with the aid of his timid yet genius brother. Together, the two slowly unfold the mystery, drowning amongst losses and gains and meet a shadier side to their beloved new town and allie they'd rather forget.
