During the war against the League of Villains, Minoru Mineta, a student at the UA Hero Academy known for being the biggest pervert on the face of planet Earth, is crushed to death by debris. After the war, his companions mourn the loss of him (although after 2 days the matter is worth a damn) wishing that his soul rest in peace in heaven... poor deluded people.
Mineta, for reasons that I think everyone who will read this will know, ends up in Hell, where he will meet characters... quite peculiar and will live adventures... even more peculiar.
