Hymn From The Missing

Cesar a young boy has been in foster homes over and over again, attempted to run away from the homes 4 times, and had to be restrained. He was abandoned as a 1 year old and police has never been able to find his mother or father, or any other type of family member. He wants to find his parents and ask them the main question of all kids abandoned "Why did you leave me?" Every single foster family has called him a menace, trouble maker, or something similar to be called a disease. One day Cesar gets a chance to escape and does learning the rules of the streets and going on an intense and dangerous adventure. What will Cesar find? Will he find his parents? Or will he loose all sight and return to his life of being transferred to foster homes over and over again?
