*Look at him with those eyes again and I'll gouge out his. Your gaze is mine...and so are you.* Miracles do happen. But could Scott also call it a miracle when a stranger suddenly shows up on the school rooftop where he was about to take his life, pays off all his debt, baths him, feeds him, cloths him, and even gives him a luxurious room to sleep in for the night? Maybe not. And just as he thought, he finds out he's been caught as the next victim for a vampire lord to feed on. Giving in to his fate without a complain, he prepared himself to go to sleep and not wake up the next morning... except he does wake up, in one piece. Shocking the whole mansion. What Scott is about to find out is the fact that Jayden is a shut-in who's been locked up in the mansion his whole life under a curse. And apparently, Scott has the key to break the curse he doesn't even know exists. Now he is forced to search for the key despite knowing nothing about it. But how could he face that when the person he's trying to help doesn't know his left to his right, talk less of a kiss. ...who's going to teach him all that now?

(Book 2) *Contains spoilers below* "I needed more closure than what you gave me." I half lied. "It feels like an open wound someone keeps pouring salt on." His expression remained hard and cold. Almost distant. "I don't know what you want from me, Willow. You coming here isn't closing any wounds, it's just opening up old ones." I let out a sigh and rubbed my hands over my face. "I just needed to see you, okay? It's a relief to know you're even alive right now." I was begging myself not to cry. Noah shifted a little and folded his arms against his chest. "I don't know what you want me to say." "Anything is better than nothing." I said as I took a step closer. "I missed you. A lot." He peeked from under the mess of curls falling over his eyes. "You want me to tell you I missed you too? Is that what you're doing here?" I clenched my jaw shut and curled my fingers into fists at my sides. "I don't want anything from you." Scott isn't gone...yet. But he still refuses to let Noah go without harming anyone Noah cares about. It's been nine months since Scott took Noah under his wing and moved away from California. Willow hasn't seen either of them since the night Noah left with the promise to come back. When Willow finds Noah, she didn't expect what she finds. Noah's completely transformed into something she never thought she would see again. Besides the arrogant, obnoxious attitude, came countless tattoos, a ring through his lip, and a new name. With Scott still lingering and Noah's new found attitude, there's bound to be a little trouble. Way more than Willow bargained for. And maybe, just maybe, Scott isn't the real enemy.
