No exorcist, No exit
A haunted mansion. A vengeful ghost. A group of Gen Z idiots who refuse to be scared. When six friends get locked inside an abandoned mansion, they expect jump scares, creepy whispers, and maybe even a dramatic exorcism. What they don't expect is a ghost on the verge of a breakdown. Centuries of perfecting horror, and these kids? They're laughing. One asks if the ghost takes Venmo. Another challenges him to a staring contest. Someone starts live-streaming. The ghost is furious. He cranks up the haunt factor....flickering lights, slamming doors, demonic whispers. Nothing. Desperate, he resorts to possession. Bad idea. Now he's trapped in a teenager who refuses to do cardio, and the only way out is an exorcism. One problem: nobody ordered a priest. With no escape, no exorcist, and no sanity left, it's a battle of wits between the world's most exhausted ghost and a group of survivors who, quite frankly, have survived worse (like slow WiFi). Who will break first? The ghost, the kids, or reality itself? One thing's for sure, this haunting is about to be pure chaos.
A Miscalculation In Space
He knows he'll be dooming them if he falls, but he's tired, his body is breaking apart, held together on a higher being's whim only. He wonders if there'll be another to replace him. He wonders if there will be none. It's rather silly, really, since he won't even be around to witness that. The crowd, the rage and bloodthirst palpable in the air will ensure that. If he does not fall on his own, others will force him to. Or, in other words, the typical start of Error being forced to jump into the Void one way or another, in this case into the NaJ universe! Right now, I'm squatting in a pile of human waste, desperately trying to get a signal on my phone. My friends are watching me reluctantly, their faces stained with blood and what I only hope is dirt. The light from my phone is illuminating their faces, casting light on the looks of horror that I have come to know all too well. My best friend is cradling her left arm, bandaged with a torn piece of cloth in hopes of stopping the blood flow. My sister can barely walk, and I think her hand is broken. She looks on the verge of tears. As we calm down, catching our breaths, I give up looking at my phone. I slowly turn to them, my own face crusted with blood. I look at each of them, one by one. The Case of The Rippler
(Kind of bad cover art is made by me) "Didn't think this right, did you, Skullram?" "Why'd you go out and do all of this, The Rippler? Just tell me!" There had been missing cases happening around a small city in Maine, Eros, in which twenty-five missing cases had resulted into murder, all bodies being found, twisted in ways, covered in ink and some sort of rope that had materialized similar to octopus tentacles, wrapped around each individual body. The detectives working on the unexpected murders just concluded that everyone just dies from a new species of an animal, but in reality, it's something way different. It's caused by a very abnormal and twisted looking monster by the name of 'The Rippler.' There was only one group, the Numbskulls, that had been brave enough to even try and defeat 'The Rippler' as they had figured clues along the way for solving the murder cases. See Phillip 'Skullram' Lionel, the leader of 'Numbskulls', and his group along the troubles in both high school and other places, mainly their meeting spots as conflicts between members nearly take it a bit too far...
