Henry Hart lost the fight against Drex, even after gaining hyper-motility. Drex took off with the kid in tow. Everyone thinks Henry has died. 2 years later, a new villain arrives, but he's not like other villains Captain Man has fought. He's ruthless. He has killed the mayor. Turns out, Ray Manchester is the next on his hit-list. But what happens, when that person turns out to be an old friend?
