Moonwatcher adores everything about her winglet. And the sweet, nervous, insecure, but friendly and helpful SeaWing prince, Turtle. And the fiery but quick, adventurous, Peril of the SkyWings, and firescales.
The SandWing, Queen Thorn's advisor, humorous and selfless, intelligent and brave, witty and sarcastic... Qibli.
And the brave, heroic, honorable, handsome, secretly sweet, fierce, determined, complex IceWing prince... Winter.
Moon thinks she chose the wrong choice, after the War of SandWing Succession, Darkstalker's IceWing NightWing battle, and the tangling events of intense mind-controlling HiveWings, and vine-infesting Pantala, she chose the wrong love interest.
She doesn't know if anyone really actually loves her, and she doesn't know if she's getting warmer... or

Wings of Fire story! My name is Moon. I live in a world where everyone is tested. From the age sixteen to eighteen. Fear engulfs your body every waking moment, the very thought of death makes people lose hope, and it almost did for me too. And in those final moments, when you really don't know if you will live, you wonder, is dying now worse than living in something you hate so much. Do I live for something I despise? Illustrated story! Moonwatcher realizes that her choices, which affect her entire future, have not been what she wants and longs for. Where does she belong? Will she always be an outsider? She has no visions of the dangers that await her as she sets out to find answers. Winter has lost hope for the dragon he loves and focuses on his other passion; to scavengers. However, a surprising event leads him to face his past and gives a new direction to his life. Family has always been his worst fear, but he could not have imagined even in his nightmares the situations he will have to face on his journey. This story takes place about 3 years after book number 15. Contains characters and references to events from the three Wings of Fire book series, including the Dragonslayer. So if you haven't read the books, this story might spoil their plot.
