Bingo and Lila were both excited to be starting 2nd grade together. They expected for everything to be normal; let's just say it wasn't. Their quirky teacher isn't a boy or a girl, so what are they? And why are some of the older girls in their school crushing on boys? What is this thing that everyone calls "pride," and why is it the rainbow?
When the 2 friends realize that they might just fit into this "rainbow" community, things sure do happen.
