No one but two people knew that Severus Snape wasn't always called that. His name was Ray, his mother Isabella was originally called Eileen Prince but she was disowned and lost her magic after she slept with a muggle. Only after everything happened did Minerva McGonagall adopt Severus was name was ray but he changed it after everything that happened but he still has something Lily Evans was known as Emma she went to school with Ray in fifth Ray and Norman started a relationship it was distant but it works. Lily and Severus never stopped being friends he is just an over protective best friend who thinks no one is worthy for her. But he started to get bullied by his closeness to her she made some good friends with Regulus Black,Evan Rosier,Narcissa Black, Lucius Malfoy, Barty Crouch Jr, Bellatrix Black, Pandora Malfoy ( she is Lucius sister in this), Dorcas Meadowes. and other slytherins nobody knows about the friendship as people would start to bully her too. They would all usually sneak out and meet up once or twice a week to see each other. The slytherins don't want to do evil they just hang out with Tom Riddle he is quite nice and friendly the mark is just the group sigil they all made up. There will be some Marauders bashing. Also the Black parents are good but Sirius is always thinking they are horrible and favouring Regulus. No one knows Minerva adopted Severus
