Douglas Quaid is a humble Construction worker in the 22nd century who dreams of going to Mars and longs for purpose. Feeling the need to gratify this dream, he visits Rekall, a company that implants false memories and experiences into people's minds to make them live out their fantasies as if they really did it. Though during his first visit, he finds out his new false memories, aren't exactly false. This story is complete and each chapter will be released periodically. THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL WORK This story is a kind of remake or retelling of two movies both called Total Recall, blending together both aesthetics of the 1990 and 2012 version of movies. I recommend watching both movies, and reading the novel it was based on "We Can Remember It For You Wholesale" By Philip K. Dick (who's a really great sci-fi writer) Once again, although this is my version of the story, the plot and premise of the story is not original to me. Most plot points remain pretty much the same. Others have my own mix into things. Think of this as a writing exercise for me.

Gumball and Darwin Watterson are on quite the adventure with Cara, the fourth incarnation of Neas, the Gladiator of Gallifrey. There's only one problem: none of them seem to remember it. Their memories have been tampered with by a corporation known as "Rekall," and their only lead to putting the pieces back together is a man named Douglas Quaid. Unfortunately, Quaid himself is going through a crisis, unable to discern what's real and what's a lie. Together, they not only have to solve the mystery of their missing memories but also avert the tyrannical regime of a Martian dictator.
