Jack and Alice are twins and the closest of friends. They grew up as the royal and beloved children of the King and Queen of the kingdom, Banson. After their parents' death, their unkind uncle, Glasmir, takes the throne from Jack, the rightful heir, and arranges for him and his sister to be separated and taken to two different kingdoms that have been rivals for the longest time. Alice will become queen of Margold, while Jack becomes the king of Southlas. Jack and Alice spend their last hour together playing a game of chess and talking about the future. Will they get pulled into tradition and become enemies, or will their friendship hold strong regardless of the distance between them?All Rights Reserved

She is torn from Ryul and put on the battle field where she is likely to die. Ryul has a choice. Disgrace his family and abandon his wedding to go and help Lucille, his childhood friend and true love, or bring his family honor and more wealth by marrying a woman he barely knows.
