RWBY : The Winter Knight

Jaune Arc, never once in his life, had wanted to be a hero.

But when the people whose lives he held so dear, were threatened, he realized it was never a choice. Clutching desperately at the Winterheart in his hands, he couldn't help but let his eyes take a forlorn glance at the ice mirror nearby.

Looking back through the mirror of solid ice, the red haired Fall Maiden smiled for the last time, "Go Jaune...Go."

"...Where though? Go where?" A bitter, choked sob ripped its way through the silver haired knight's throat.

The shadow of the woman, still smiling through tears, spoke up, "...Just go...We will meet again. I'm sure of it Jaune.", noticing her fading self from the mirror, she let tear slide down,

"...I'll meet you there Jaune, where winter ends..."
