There is always Chaos behind the scenes. The shining stars of the Indian Cricket Team were yet again ready to come into form and give their best on ground but this time it was different and interesting. They have always been close with their management teams but for the poor senior players, now not only do they face youngsters on ground but behind the scenes too.
The PR and management teams were severely understaffed and the older staffs demanded more opportunities. This was why BCCI finally decided to go through with the plan of internship programmes and new employments. Young men and women with dreams, creativity and innovation stepped into the lights of the behind the scenes. And that's when Chaos began. Poor Rohit Sharma and his sanity.
