The heart of a surgeon

This book is about a girl who has just finished her degree and goes to visit her mother for the holidays, but at the airport she meets the person she believes is the love of her life. When she arrives at her mother's house she sees that her mother had married a billionaire, and her husband had a son. She and her stepbrother hated each other, until little by little their lives change and they need each other.
