Ren and Zander Potter are fifth years with a dark shadow of a past trailing behind them. No staff member or student at Hogwarts know much about them, only that they are brother and sister, and that they somehow remained off of headmaster Black's radar in regards to when he'd search from any witches or wizards to admit into Hogwarts. Because of this, they only came to be noticed when they showed up at Professor Fig's doorstep one day, just out of the blue with, seemingly, no recollection of what had happened to them. Professor Fig knew that the lie they came up with, in regards to not remembering, was indeed a lie, but by glancing at their haunted faces, he knew it wasn't the correct time to bring it up...so he chose to believe their lie. Due to their unknown magical power, Professor Fig was tasked, by headmaster Phineas Black, to catch them up on their spells and wand work so that they could begin attending class at Hogwarts as fifth year students. How will the Hogwarts students and staff react to the newest witch and wizard? What's their family lineage and background? In due time, all will be revealed as Ren and Zander embrace their new adventure in Hogwarts.

Eloise is the niece to headmaster Black, and since her parents death he has been her legal guardian for most of her life. Her family is blood obsessed and intends to keep their bloodlines pure. The Gaunt's are the close personal friends to the Black's, Ominis and Eloise practically grew up as siblings. But after the falling out 5th year and after all the betrayal, Ominis hasn't spoken to Eloise since the end of 5th year. After over a year of not hearing from any of her friends Eloise is terrified to face everyone who she feels she has wronged.
