The status quo of the world after the birth of quirks and heroes had changed forever, yet one thing that did not: was discrimination. Those with no quirks or quirks that changed a person's appearance made those who were born with that quirk an outcast. And god forbid you had a quirk that seemed villainous.
It was raining when Majin Tenshi was born. A sign from the Heavens that even those above cursed at his birth.
