Leonardo Ethan Sliver is a sickly two-faced yandere villain who got obsessed with the heroine. He got rid of everyone around the heroine so that there would be no one else but him. The madness continued for long until he was eventually tortured and killed by the male protagonist.

He transmigrated into 19 yrs old Evan Harris, a medical intern working in Golden light hospital. He thought to himself, was it really worth it wasting time chasing after a stupid girl and ignoring his own health? Losing it at the end?

He decided to focus on medicine and find cures to many illnesses, including his illness in his past life. He became a famous medical doctor and was deemed as " The healer ".

Everything was going smoothly until he was unfortunately involved in a ghastly car accident and got transmigrated back to his past as Leonardo Ethan sliver again.

But this time, he decided to focus on medicine and avoid the heroine and male protagonist at all cost. But his sudden change peeked the interest of the male protagonist.

Male protagonist : " What are you doing? "..
Leonardo : " Reading medical books "..
Male protagonist : " I'll accompany you "
Leonardo : ". ...."

Male protagonist : " where are you going? "
Leonardo : " Library "
Male protagonist : " I'll accompany you "

MP : " where are you heading to? "
Leo : "... The boys room "
MP : " I'll accompany you "
